If you haven’t received your order confirmation or tracking email within a reasonable time after purchase, please:

Freight & White-Glove Deliveries
Some Sanctuary systems ship via freight or white-glove delivery services. In these cases, tracking updates may appear differently, and the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and accessible.
